You will
• Be responsible for driving the acquisition & use of 1st party data in media across the 4 divisions.
• Partner with the Marketing teams and our media agency to design audience acquisition & activation strategies.
• Build a data acquisition strategies through media playbook with clear best practices
• Work with Divisions to inform, drive adoption and tailor strategies for 1P data usage
• Build relevant 1P data audience segments to be activated across different platforms, either directly or within a clean room.
• Collaborate with CDMO team members to measure accurately the impact of data-led campaigns.
• Adopt a test, learn & scale approach to audience onboarding & targeting.
• Collaborate with Divisions on 2P data activation strategies through retail partners
• Collaborate with Zone & Global teams on driving data strategies & best practice
• Support with recommendations on the changing privacy and its implications.
• Provide clear consultation on ad tech solutions strategy & investment
You have
• Experience in audience strategy & management, including the use of 1st , 2nd and 3rd party data segmentation
• An understanding of the legalities in the UK surrounding the use of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data
• Experience in testing & analysing marketing/media campaign results
• Experience within Google Marketing Platform, in particular Google Analytics, DV360, SA360 and Campaign Manager.
• Good understanding of key social media platforms: Meta, Tiktok, Snap & Pinterest.
• Experience in using a data onboarding or clean room environment such as Liveramp or Infosum (Desirable)
• Experience working in or alongside CRM & email marketing teams at an agency, publisher or in-house (Desirable)
• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers. You are able to extract & analyse raw data from platforms & tools, draw conclusions & develop actionable recommendations.
• A positive attitude to ambiguity and able to tackle problems with a structured approach
• Ability to build good working relationships with internal teams and agency partners.
• Good written & verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex or technical matters in a simple way
