A well-respected Media Production company in West London are recruiting for a Media Contracts Data Administrator to join their team.

6-month temp to permanent opportunity with the flexibility to work from home full time.

This is great opportunity for a recent Media / Law / Finance graduate to gain some valuable experience within the Media/Entertainment industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with a royalties’ migration project
• Interpret media contracts and ensure the correct terms are accurately transferred to the Royalties templates
• Maintenance of royalties tracking sheet
• Creating and managing contract archive
• Checking new statements against contract data for accuracy
• Other Ad-hoc tasks as needed

Key requirements:

• Strong organizational skills, working to a tight deadline
• Understanding of media contracts
• Accuracy with a good eye for detail
• An interest in Media/Creative industry
