Job summary
“Launchâ€, Amazon’s corporate MBA program for Europe, recruits top MBA international talent and builds broad, adaptable Amazonians across corporate businesses in Europe. The program provides a platform or MBAs to make the successful transition from their pre-MBA experience to Amazon, applying the skills they have learned during business school. The program began in 2011 and now has participants across seven countries, 10 cities and five Amazon business organizations. The MBA Program Manager is part of EMEA Student Programs and partners with senior business stakeholders on the EU MBA Committee on program strategy.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, based either in London or Luxembourg. As the leader of the EMEA MBA program, you will be responsible for managing MBA program efforts across Europe. This is a great opportunity for someone to significantly contribute to the development of a versatile talent profile for Amazon across corporate businesses that include Consumer, Amazon Web Services, Amazon Advertising, Amazon Prime Video and Devices/Alexa, and to enhance Amazon’s reputation as an employer of choice across MBA campuses in Europe.
Whether you have experience in the business, recruitment, HR, Talent Management or L&D, we are looking for someone to collaborate, create, organize, and drive this program and its processes from conception and design through to implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement. As part of the EMEA Student Programs team, you will also contribute and support global Amazon initiatives in emerging talent management.
Ability to travel required (less than 10%).
Responsibilities
· Manage the end-to-end experience for the three-year MBA program, including collaborating on forecasting and planning, resource alignment, logistics, budget projection and management, and evaluation of the impact of the program.
· Partner and consult with EU MBA Committee members from Amazon’s corporate businesses to understand business need, talent profiles and performance impact.
· Support the organization of monthly, quarterly and annual meetings with senior business stakeholders and partner teams.
· Collaborate across the EU to build a cohesive MBA experience to maximize availability, accessibility and usability for our managers and program participants. The program manager is the central point of contact for stakeholders across HR and the business, responds to MBA program inquiries and communicates key messages, updates and results.
· Organize pan-European events, including logistics, communication, identification of effective resources and result measurement to support onboarding, rotation training and learning series.
· Enable local efforts to build the MBA community via volunteer MBA Learning & Networking leaders; including budget allocation, annual planning and quarterly connects to share best practice.
· Maintain goal targets, completion and quality metrics. Prepare metrics dashboard for quarterly talent reviews and query data for on-going monitoring and improvements.
· Collaborate with other MBA program managers (Pathways, Retail Leadership Development Program, Finance Leadership Development Program) across geographies and programs to identify opportunities to learn and discover best practices to improve the design, offerings, processes and experiences for MBA program participants.
· Maintain and develop content for the Launch MBA Program Wiki and quarterly newsletters.
Basic Qualifications

· Proactive, agile, curious and a desire to learn and grow.
· University degree.

· Experience of working in partnership with specialized teams across HR, including HR Partner Team, Student Programs, Talent Acquisition and Compensation
· Knowledge of the international MBA campus recruitment space
· MBA or graduate degree.
