YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Master Data Specialist would be a key member of the Professional Beauty Care Supply Chain team.
Working across all business pillars and closely with team members across all functions; the candidate would also be a key liaison between Global Master Data teams and the Canadian business.
Master Data creation, maintenance and reporting including data entry, upload and changes into SAP and all related global/local databases.
Work closely with the Global Shared Services teams, Demand Planners & Brand teams to create, maintain and update all SKUs (including co-packing skus)
Provide master data inputs and generate reports for all MIS purposes for all aspects of the Supply Chain function for Canada.
Works closely with 3PL warehouse and co-packing vendors to support Demand Planners in ensuring proper setup and product availability.
Generates regular reports for review and KPI analysis related to S&OP process, inventory, distribution, transportation, logistics, customer sales orders, vendors, procurement, purchase orders, and demand planning
Accesses, reviews, applies and uses databases and master data objects and strives for continuous improvement.
Reviews requests for completeness and respond accurately & in a timely manner.
Adheres to all defined supply chain process framework and all internal controls.
Cross-trains with the other member of the supply chain team to ensure adequate backup for all areas.
Undertakes special projects as may be required or get assigned.
YOUR SKILLS
Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, IT
Strong analytical approach with advanced MS Excel skills is mandatory
1-2 years experience in Supply Chain/Operations
Master Data experience preferred.
SAP experience preferred
