Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Specialist to fulfill a long term (1 year) Contract/Temporary role for our Calgary Client. As the successful candidate for this role you will be an essential part of the Marketing team, responsible for promotional programs, marketing campaigns including but not limited to print, digital, events, social media, radio, etc. You will plan and execute marketing integration initiatives that drive demand for our Client’s products, services and solutions. You will utilize your top-level skill in the theories, concepts and principles used in the implementation of marketing technologies and your passion for creating marketing campaigns to drive performance. This role is based in the Calgary, AB. region but is open to hybrid remote work from office/work from home concessions for eligible candidates.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

• 5 + years of proven success in a marketing role within the retail, advertising agency and/or related industry
• Proficient working knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Applications and collaboration tools
• Verbal and written fluency in French is required
• Proven working success in integrating a business into established processes and ensuring they are set up for success
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills with strong ability to transfer knowledge into executed strategies
• Solid ability for stakeholder relationship/management skills with strong knowledge in best practices for a client facing, customer service focused environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well cross-functionally
• Strong project management knowledge and ability to successfully manage multiple projects to consistently deliver high quality results on-time
• Post-Secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
