About this role
We are responsible for critical commercial marketing campaigns deliver significant revenue to the business but also have a significant risk to the business. Â
The role is responsible for balancing these two views while very much keeping the customers at the heart of the campaign through the messaging and full marketing campaign approach.Â
You\'ll have the following responsibilities
• Support and deliver customer marketing campaigns that have a focus on growth (volume, value and NPS) or retaining the customers base (BT and EE). Â
• Work with external and internal brand and execution agencies.Â
• Run multi-variant tests to optimise campaigns and improve the customer experienceÂ
• Maximise campaigns using the right mix of below the line marketing channels email/DM/SMS/OBC etcÂ
• Manage, present and report performance across multiple campaigns that you own. This is to ensure commercial targets are met and we focus on driving YOY growth.Â
• Use insight from marketing decisioning, analytics and work with the campaign delivery team to optimise marketing campaigns.Â
You\'ll have the following skills & experience
MANDATORYÂ Â
• Previous experience of working on major projects, hitting business critical deadlines.Â
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across a business to deliver a business objective.Â
• Previous experience working in a marketing roleÂ
• Good organisational, project and planning skills
• Excellent creative skills and an innovative thinker, keen to propose and enhance base comms
• Good with numbers to support reporting and translating performance into a story.
• Self-motivated, articulate with a ‘can-do’ attitude
PREFERREDÂ Â
• Experience of working in a commercial, fast-moving environment.
