About this role
This role is responsible for making everthing in the Marcomms chapter work like clockwork. In a new agile operating model, the successful candidate will be taking the Marcomms and broader Basecomms team on a journey to make a step change in creative output making the most of the exciting new capabilities. Role holder will define and establish the creative process within the squads and plan and flex resource between agency and inhouse design, copy resource and ensure creative excellence by putting in place systems, tools, training and development.
You'll have the following responsibilities
The role is operationally and strategical important.
Responsible for ensuring the standards, process and delivery of all creative assets delivered through the base communications process.
Ensure all communications are delivered in line with the creative and messaging framework ensuring creative excellence
Ensure consistency and integration with wider marketing campaigns
Deliver creative requirements in line with the quarterly plan
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Manage budget
Increase levels of engagement and customer action
You'll have the following skills & experience
Translate commercial and business objectives into marketing communication outcomes
Strong knowledge and broad experience in marketing, covering a breadth of activities and best in class practices and policies.
Ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships across the business and externally.
Highly professional, able to cut through complexity and operate in a fast paced, agile environment.
Bias towards bold and confident thinking, challenging the status quo where appropriate
Successful candidate it is expected to have;
Strong experience across base communications
Strong understanding of the process and activities involved in the deliver of a campaign
Experience of identifying and implementing efficiencies
