We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join an innovative and New Zealand- based start-up with a passion for supporting business through transformative software.

As the Marketing Manager you will manage all marketing activity with the goal of increasing brand awareness and acquiring new clients, primarily through digital initiatives. You will drive campaigns in all markets, setting the strategy and finalising content to ensure the brand is connecting with current and prospective customers around the world.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directing content creation and creating content to drive inbound leads
• Managing HubSpot workflows for hand-offs to the sales team, ensuring any leads are nurtured and followed through
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns via digital marketing, advertising, social media and direct marketing channels analysing audience responses, tailoring content and monitoring performance
• Creating webinar content and schedule, featuring customers and other speakers and leveraging these opportunities to create and engage inbound leads
• Helping craft the story and tone for organisation’s overall go-to-market strategy

You will bring to this role:

• Previous marketing experience in a SaaS business
• Extensive experience with end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy development and execution
• Experience managing digital campaigns such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Paid Search, Capterra, G2, Simpli.fi
• Experience in competitive differentiation analysis and messaging
• Strategic content management experience including copy writing and scheduling

Salary $120,000 to $130,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
