What you’ll do:

• Support Sky Businesses growth campaigns across print, digital and paid media to drive adds and revenue from prospects and customers.
• Take the lead role in existing customer marketing activity to drive registrations and engagement with our customer marketing self-serve platform.  
• Be instrumental in the development of the customer self-serve platform driving forward a roadmap of change to ensure future engagement and improved CX.
• Develop deep understanding of our business TV customers and have a clear understanding of their needs, developing insight driven campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with internal sales teams, external agencies and 3rd parties to deliver innovative, insight led activity.
• Ensure all campaigns are measured and results shared, building the learning into future campaigns.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years marketing experience leading and delivering B2B or B2C marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
• Experience leading brand engagement campaigns and customer led experiences that drive customer happiness and commercial success
• Brilliant collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams, with strong communication skills and ability to be persuasive/influence and manage a range of senior partners/decision-makers.
• Ability to problem-solve and provide clear recommendations that make decision-making easy.
• Energy and a can-do, willing to take action approach to a fast-paced team.
• Numerate with an ability to analyse results and produce insight that cuts through complexity.
• A good understanding and passion for sports and entertainment, in particular Sky Sports and Sky’s entertainment content.
