With over $250m of funding they are looking to scale quickly across teams. As part of this high-growth they are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join their London based team (hybrid, WFH culture) In the role of Marketing Communications Manager, 

you will be responsible for: Creating the communications and engagement strategy for a variety of clients. Managing the onboarding of clients from 1,000-10,000 employees. Creating multi-channel communications content. Tracking campaign engagement to adapt and continuously optimise for success. Bringing innovative ideas and changes to the table. Collaborating with different functions including the Implementation and Customer Success teams. 

Executing feedback campaigns, focus groups and surveys to report back. The suitable candidate will: Have 2 years experience within a marketing/brand team focusing on Communications. You have a good level of understanding Microsoft Office and Adobe. Be a strategic thinker with the ability to lead projects. Have exceptional analytical and be able to use Google Analytics.

 Have previously used survey tools such as Survey Monkey, Typeform. Be excited and driven to be a part of a company that pushes positive social impact.
