The role of Marketing Cloud Lead is an exciting new opportunity within the Digital Fundraising team, which you will have the opportunity to help shape. You will be responsible for steering the direction of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which has the potential to create real, tangible impact for Barnardo's. 

You'll work with multiple and varied stakeholders across Fundraising, Brand & Marketing as well as our external Salesforce partner, to build on the foundations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and maximise our use of the platform.

You'll lead on: 

 Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and configuration 

• Development of a roadmap for Salesforce Marketing Cloud  
• Developing and documenting shared processes and ways of working 
• Knowledge sharing through internal promotion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and sharing opportunities and best practice 

This role would suit a someone with strong technical experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

You'll be joining us at an exciting time, with our Corporate Strategy focusing on putting digital at the heart of what we do, and integration, audience, and innovation being key pillars of our new Fundraising strategy. With the Digital Fundraising team focusing on driving innovation in digital fundraising, your role will have a crucial role to play in achieving this.
