What we’re up to
We are building our marketing team within the B2B part of the group. We want to build strong marketing plans across audiences to drive new acquisition, lead generation and maximize in-life opportunities. We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Small Business segment.
This is what the day to day will look like:
Work closely with the Small Business Marketing Manager to create and manage an impactful brand and marketing programme
Create and implement effective ROI-led Small Business marketing campaigns focused on building business brand awareness and driving leads/sales of broadband, full fibre and leased lines product.
Manage the email lead and acquisition programme
Support management of digital lead and acquisition driving activities e.g. PPC, affiliate, social, digital display and website
Create engaging content through working with agencies and writing own content
Work with external agencies to create impactful marketing and sales materials
Manage key operational communications to customers
Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Products and Operational teams for smooth delivery of activities
Skills and Attributes
Experienced results-driven B2B campaign marketeer
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent stakeholder management experience
Large scale email programmes using platforms like Eloqua
Digital acquisition e.g. PPC, affiliate and digital advertising
Activity ROI analysis
Be a motivated self-starter
Be-able to work in a complex environment
Flawless communication skills
Multitasker
