About you

• You will Work with the Trade Marketing Manager to understand the needs and objectives of the promotion/campaign in line with our wider Customer Strategy and assist in any administration required to execute this.
• You will be  Responsible for supporting across multiple projects at any one time.
• You will Work with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure all project documentation and trackers are up to date.
• You will be Collating/scanning/saving all assets (marketing, press coverage etc.) and supporting on the preparation of wrap up documents.
• You will be Keeping track of key competitor promotional activity
• Help Assisting with the Weekly Marketing report
• Day to day administration duties including booking meetings, compiling agendas and taking meeting minutes.
• Regular reporting of the Marcomms strategy, which will include completing relevant and appropriate reports and documents.
• Develop strong working relationships with counterparts internally in order to deliver against your objectives.
• Offer strategic support to your line manager and colleagues in BED to extend the reach of a campaign or an experience.
• Be an ambassador of the Harrods brand, the Marcomms Team and the Brand Experience Division
