About The Role

We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Advisor - Oracle Coordinator to join the team. Reporting into the Team Manager within the production team, you will lead your team who data input across the company’s IT systems to effectively and accurately input the data to meet Oracle KPI’s.

About You

As well as the ability to work at pace, as an Oracle Co-ordinator you will also:

• Work collaboratively with Finance, Planning, Warehouse & the HR Team to input additional data, accurately at the times required to meet the deadlines of payroll, finance and planning.
• Communicate effectively with the internal Oracle team and refer any issues to the Department Manager if needed.
• Lead & support your team across shifts, creating an environment that enables them to perform at their best and support their development.
• Ensure accurate capture & recording of data and stock to ensure the financial accuracy of the sales line
• Have strong and proficient IT skills, using the Google suite
• Ideally have previous experience of using Oracle or a similar system
