Job Description

Toll Group is seeking an experienced transport professional to join our Global Logistics division as Manager - Transport Operations Mazda. This role will require the successful candidate to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service needs and expectations are met.

To be successful in the role, demonstrated experience in the following areas is required:

• Ability to provide strategic leadership to foster growth and innovation.
• Driving a strong safety culture throughout the site and have safety top of mind.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of COR and Fatigue Management.
• Develop and implement KPI’s for customer profitability and report back weekly.
• Build and implement changes in the operational function to raise standards of performance.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with our key customers.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure swift resolution to customer issues.
• Motivate and lead the transport team to achieve high standards of performance.

Qualifications

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience managing diverse teams, within different logistics enviroments
• Experience managing and integrating large complex operation across multiple sites
• Working knowledge and experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management across all modes 
• Tertiary qualifications within business, or other relevant degree an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to develop talented individuals and teams
