The opportunity

 

We have a new permanent full time Manager Service Integration, permanent full time opportunity Corporate IT branch. This role will facilitate improved IT services across Corporate IT and will work closely with the Service Delivery Management Team. The role is accountable for identifying systemic issues affecting the delivery of Corp IT services, and to lead out development and implementation of necessary action plans to permanently resolve them.

 

This role is responsible for producing senior level reporting to highlight achievements and demonstrate benefits delivered. Will be accountable for transition management of new or modified services and applications into production..

 

Your role will include:

 

Define and implement the transition to operate process and procedures by working with project managers, service owners, service delivery managers, and vendors.

Perform assurance checks on artefacts and deliverables, providing sign off when requirements completed to a high standard

Work with project team to resolve critical issues that may occur during the warranty period after go-live

Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time.

About you

To be successful in the role

Have a tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.

In-depth knowledge of end-to-end IT Service Delivery function and IT operations in a large-scale environment

ITIL Expert Certified

Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates

Strong ServiceNow Experience/Knowledge

Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

 

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 9 ($135,898.00 - $152,204.00) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
