About the role 

The Manager, Service Delivery is a pivotal senior role in the Quality Assurance Division of NZQA. We are looking for an adaptable, experienced manager, who enjoys shaping the regulatory environment and embedding policy, system and process changes to maintain the credibility of tertiary education providers and qualifications delivered across New Zealand.

Skills and experience

We work in a complex, rapidly changing environment, to succeed you will be:

  • a strong, strategic, change leader committed to strengthening the use of data and insights in decision making and delivering the implementation of regulatory and policy initiatives
  • a self-starter who drives the team to deliver results on time in a complex environment
  • an excellent relationship manager across diverse stakeholders with a string focus on the needs of customers
  • committed to supporting equitable outcomes for Māori, Pasifika and learners with disabilities
  • committed to the pastoral care of students through administration of the relevant Codes
