Robert Half is hiring now for a Manager, Reporting and Analytics for our Edmonton Client. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for meeting the needs of the business environment by ensuring data and reporting products are configured and optimized. You have broad experience in analyzing, organizing, modeling and visualizing data. You are well organized with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of motivating and building teams by mentoring and increasing skillsets. This full-time role is located in Edmonton, Alberta.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 10 + years working success in a similar role with proven experience in reporting and analytics
• Demonstrated strength in the management/leadership of mid-size teams and success as a strategic leader in planning, organizing and delegating with both people and work.
• Proficient and broad knowledge in data visualization and proficient experience with implementing processes and driving automation and standardization
• Solid experience and working ability with databases (SQL) and visualization software (Tableau) 
• Strong knowledge and experience in project management
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
• Ability to work well with people and to lead and inspire them to do their best work every day
• Proactive and takes initiative. Thinks creatively with the ability to meet long term goals
• Experience with deploying models into production
• Top notch analytical skills and attention to detail in order to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope out technical requirements combined with sound business judgment ability
• A Degree or Diploma in a related field from a recognized post-secondary institute is required.
