We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Prosecutions Quality & Reporting. In this role you will be able to provide timely quality management and reporting expertise to the program/project regarding quality prosecution brief materials, systems and processes, thereby supporting safe and compliant delivery on time, on budget, to the specified scope and quality outcomes.

What you will be involved in

• Lead the development and achievement of quality outcomes for the project/program, including the implementation of quality documentation, processes and controls, as part of continual improvement.

• Manage the quality of processes, procedures and practices, monitor compliance and maintain the appropriate records, including the provision of corporate-level reporting of project/program/portfolio performance and progress, ensuring that information provided is timely, useful and relevant in decision making.

• Undertake review and assurance activity, and support additional compliance and assurance activity carried out by internal resources and external organisations, e.g. the Asset Standards Authority, the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator and ISO Certification Bodies.

• Plan for and support the continual improvement of project/program processes, procedures and practices, considering the suitability and effectiveness of the QMS and associated documentation and controls, thereby ensuring good governance and the management of key business risks

About you

We are looking for an experienced, skilled legal professional who has experience in quality management and reporting with a thorough knowledge of prosecution and appeal processes who is keen to join a busy, high performing team who values likeminded people.

You will have demonstrated experience in Managing and leading a team, ideally you will possess a law degree, however demonstrated strong advocacy experience would be highly regarded.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, as is a solution focus and “can do” attitude.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is Grade 9 ($138,670 - $155,309) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
