In this Manager of HRIS Systems position, you’ll have a chance to use all your skills and experience that you’ve gained over the years of working with enterprise software systems. Some of the time, you’ll be coaching and mentoring your team of HRIS analysts. Some of the time, you’ll be communicating with other people across the business to understand and support their day-to-day business processes. And all of this will link back to the core HRIS system that is the heartbeat of the HR and Finance departments.
As an experienced systems manager, you know how important it is to have clear communication and training for the software systems. Of course, there will always be the occasional technical issue. But once the roadblocks are cleared, you also know that the data contained in your systems can drastically improve the lives of your various stakeholders.
