Technology Enablement ensures IT for Transport can confidently deliver essential services to the people of NSW. We:

The opportunity
We have an exciting permanent full time opportunity for a Manager IT Experience to join the Technology Enablement team within IT, based at Macquarie Park with flexible work options.
It’s a great time to be a part of the IT Experience and Business Enablement team where you will play a pivotal role and be responsible for bringing to life the IT Experience and creating future proof solutions for our talent pipeline and embedding key strategies and plans to enable a culture to attract and retain the best in breed.
The role will:
Embed future proof capabilities across IT and support our talent pipeline that can flexibly respond to the opportunities ahead and enable our people to deliver the best work of their lives
Execute our plans to attract and retain the best in business for technology
Work alongside curious minds to establish and implement collaborative experiments that uplift the experience for our people
Create a talent nurturing culture for the IT for Transport branch.
Foster and drive continuous engagement, rotation and retention through our Entry Level Talent programs
Partner with key stakeholders across Transport and align key initiatives across our strategies and plans

About you
You are a results-driven professional who is at ease working with people from all walks of life
You bring a deep understanding of and experience in uplifting cultural experiences across technology businesses.
You have experience in a similar role in a large and complex organisation
You’re organised, proactive and accountable, and you love in managing the detail in high volume environments
You pride yourself on being a confident communicator and you’re known for being authentic, empathetic, and fiercely inclusive
You love creating and leveraging engaged and enthusiastic teams and you actively uplift the capabilities of those you work with
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 9 ($138,670.00 - $155,309.00) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
