Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading technical customer-facing teams in a people manager/tech team lead capacity within consulting, project management, sales, implementation, or technical sales.
- Experience leading technical engagements with clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in digital marketing and/or with business analysis.
- Experience working with Google performance products such as Better Web (Progressive Web Apps, UX and associated third-party ecosystem partner efforts), Apps (App promo, re-engagement, measurement, Appify) and Performance Max.
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to translate complex product and technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing Advertising Solutions Architect (ASA) team that provides exemplary technical operations and consultative services to EMEA customers and partners, focused on Google Ads performance products.
- Partner with sales leaders in EMEA to help define and execute a gTech strategy to help unlock the full value of our core Ads products for performance customers.
- Partner with Large Customer Sales (LCS), Go-to-Market (GTM), and Global Product Leads (GPLs) to align gTech services and solutions against EMEA product and feature adoption strategy.
- Lead strategic initiatives and drive core cross-functional efforts including the deployment of solutions and services via third-party Technical Partners (e.g. Better Web Ecosystem Project).
- Serve as visionary and leader, and enable the team to develop and expand performance solutions by sharing best practices with other leaders globally.
