Amazon Advertising is seeking a Manager to oversee a geographically distributed European Adapt Account Management team. The Amazon Adapt team provides proven and defined business coverage during gaps due to leaves of absence, roles to be hired, and unexpected incremental opportunity. Adapt team members impact the business across verticals, products and roles, and enjoy high-velocity exposure across the organization and customers.

The Manager of Account Management for Adapt will lead their team to be strategic consultants for their customers, providing media insights that drive growth and build trust. They will leverage their experience and judgment to define organizational strategy, processes, tools, and incentives to maximize performance and accelerate growth. They will drive execution of strategy, ensuring the team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates, and other operational quality metrics. This role partners closely with sales leadership, peer leaders in the Insights and Performance Team, and product leadership to establish joint goals and strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in People Management
· Experience holding a Sales target
· Experience in client-facing role with a strong focus on data analysis
· Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in marketing, advertising or business preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or Business; MBA is a plus
· Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
· Ability to navigate data and leverage analytics to make decisions
· Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media math
· Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
· Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional account management, sales and customer service professionals
