What you would be a part of:
As a Major Account Manager you'll be a fundamental part of TalkTalk Business' continued growth. You'll build and develop meaningful business relationships with existing customers and prospect organisations as well as maintaining and growing existing revenue streams and acquiring new logo revenue through targeted new business activity.
This will be achieved through professional Strategic Account Management of existing customers utilising sales tools and methodologies that are delivered using Salesforce.com.
You'll be expected to keep and regularly update strategic account and opportunity planning documents, and well as ensuring your forecasting is always accurate.
You'll build and develop strong internal relationships within the group to ensure engagement with key stakeholders has the desired result for both the group and our customers.
How will you deliver in the role?
Retain and maximise revenues from a defined customer base through the selling of TalkTalk Businesses converged voice, data, infrastructure, and mobile products into the corporate arena.
Maximise revenues from new business acquisition (new logo) through the selling of TalkTalk Businesses converged voice, data, infrastructure, and mobile products into the corporate arena.
Consistently maintain account and opportunity development and campaign plans
Instigate, develop, and maintain a robust framework of vital internal relationships
Consistently achieve/overachieve sales acquisition targets
What you'll need in order to be successful in the role:
Considerable Account Management experience, working with high revenue accounts
Technical knowledge including SD-Wan, UC and WiFi
Telecoms industry experience
strong commercial acumen to interpret financial models and to help articulate and shape customer propositions that are beneficial to both TalkTalk Business and the customer
A proven ability to lead and motivate a virtual team
Ability to interact and influence at all levels specifically C-Level relationships
