About the opportunity

The primary purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor is to organise preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on HV road transport and mobile fleet. This role is to co-ordinate the day to day activities of the Transport Depot workshop in consultation with the Pilbara Transport Maintenance Superintendent.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy duty equipment Maintenance environment
• Prior experience in administration of digital maintenance systems
• Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Electrical Trade Certificate - advantageous
• Tertiary Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical engineering - Advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable Commonwealth/State Safety and Environmental legislation and standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
• Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
• Ability to work well within a small team environment
