Job Description
Position Profile: Assists with all general maintenance duties, helps tradesmen, responds to maintenance
work orders.
Qualifications Include:
Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. Continued education in a related field or trade is an asset.
Minimum 1 years recent related experience in a maintenance environment required, preferably in a hospital setting
Good attendance record.
Demonstrated knowledge of related trades such as: mechanical, plumbing, welding and electrical.
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Experience in general repairs, adjustments and installations preferred,
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and safely, unsupervised.
