PERSOLKELLY has partnered with NZ's leading facility provider to look for a Foreman / Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the Trades division. Programmed Facility Management (PFM) staff are proud to work in partnership with clients to make a difference in the community and Kiwi society.

About the Role:

The trades division is responsible for the maintenance of commercial buildings and small projects. You will liaise with the existing client base, scope out future jobs, price accordingly and then deliver on the task.

You will be responsible for a team of 7/8 staff from various trades where you will support and develop the team while overseeing general operations. You will spend 60/70% of your week on site and then utilize the rest of your week with the required administrative duties.

About You:

• Building experience 5+ years
• LBP is preferred but not essential
• Previous success in leading a team
• Ability to influence, grow and develop your team
• Previous operational experience
