Our client provide solutions for Essential Safety Measures and Facilities Management across Victoria, and are now seeking a Maintenance Coordinator, to coordinate and handle all bookings for work.

This is a newly created position to due to business expansion, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Main responsibilities will include;

• Answering phones (office phone but not reception system)
• Communicating with clients
• Preparing quotes
• Processing reports and invoices - main function of this role
• Liasing with Director of Operations daily/weekly/monthly
• Other duties as directed

You will need to display experience in;

• Microsoft office
• MYOB
• Use of industry specific software (Uptick) - ability to learn new systems quickly - good understanding of computers
• Maintenance of information stored in software (Uptick)
• Marketing experience (desirable) - not a requirement
