Hybrid Role in Vancouver -

This is the chance to join a well-known company within the retail industry and lead a talented marketing team.

In this position, you will implement an effective loyalty program that increases customer engagement and membership. You will create data-driven strategies and work with internal teams to increase revenue. You will manage internal budgets and internal communications about the loyalty program. You will also be the main point of contact for external loyalty and research partners.

In this role, you will have four direct reports, and work with other senior managers.
