Whenever customers visit the BA Lounge, you’ll be there to greet them with 5-star, BaxterStorey service. Friendly, confident and professional, you’ll be the face of our bespoke operation, making sure that delicious food and relaxation are available to every visitor.   

Your task will be to uphold our high standards by making sure that our customers get a great experience. That means being smart, cheerful and approachable, keeping counters and displays in tip-top condition, clearing tables promptly, and making sure BA specifications and guests’ expectations are met on every shift.

 To be considered for the role it would be great if you had:

• A background in catering/Hospitality
• Be organised, neat and meticulous
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritise and have a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of food safety and COSHH (advantageous) 

Please note, this role is based at an Airport and therefore requires a valid passport/rights to work in the UK. We will be looking for a complete 5-year work/education history with no gaps of more than 28 days. As you will be working at an airport, this role will include early and late shifts (earliest being 04:30 start and latest being 14:30 start).
