About the role and who we are looking for:

At Compass Group we have partnered with Air New Zealand as one team to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember and as such, we have exciting Permanent Full-Time opportunities for exceptional Lounge Assistants to join our team within the Air NZ Domestic & Regional Lounges at Auckland Airport Operations.

You will be responsible for: 

Reporting to the Lounge Manager, these key roles within the lounge will be responsible for ensuring our highly engaging service culture is translated into outstanding "surprise and delight" moments for our valued customers by providing warm and professional customer service and anticipating/catering to the every need of our guests.

• Having a friendly, outgoing personality
• Have excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude. 
• Have experience working in a similar position within a 5-star environment
• Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
