Job Description

Toll Group is seeking an experienced logistics professional to facilitate all transportation requirements within a multiuser fulfilment centre in Prestons. Managing a small team, you will be required to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service needs and expectations are met.

To be successful in the role, demonstrated experience in the following areas is required:

• Plan and coordinate all daily transportation movements
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with our key customers.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure swift resolution to customer issues.
• Motivate and lead the transport team to achieve high standards of performance.
• Ability to provide strategic leadership to foster growth and innovation.
• Driving a strong safety culture throughout the site and have safety top of mind.

Qualifications

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience managing and integrating large operation 
• Working knowledge and experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management across all modes 
• Tertiary qualifications within business, or other relevant degree an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to develop talented individuals and teams
