Position Summary

The Lift Operator Lead is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the daily set up, staffing and functioning of Lift Operations ensuring that safety and guest satisfaction is at the forefront at all times.   

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To set an example for other staff members at all times 
• Resolving any staff or guest problems and complaints 
• Comply with and support employee handbook rules and regulations
• Oversee the staff to ensure that policies and procedures are being carried out as per the Lift operator guidelines
• Identifying and communicating with Lift Maintenance on any concerns regarding the lift
• Respond to any immediate requests from staff during operations 

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours, while standing outdoors in all weather conditions (cold, windy, snowing).
• Be flexible with their schedule, primarily working weekend shifts, some day and evening shifts.
• Be able to twist, bend and reach while paying sustained attention to the operation of the lift and the movements of the guests.
