What you’ll do as a License Coordinator

As License Coordinator for Primark, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our License team, liaising with external partners and internal stakeholders from Buying, Merchandising, Brand and Retail. You’ll support the License Manager, arrange regular immersion days with Licensors and Licensees, and ensure that all product teams get the right training to stay on top of compliance and processes.

You will be a key point of contact within the License team for representatives of big brands like Netflix, Disney, Marvel, Coca-Cola, PlayStation, or the NBA. It’s a great opportunity if you have a keen interest in Pop Culture, Fashion and Entertainment because you’ll engage in extensive research of relevant publications and platforms, and you’ll actively contribute to ideas and innovations within our License team.

What we’re looking for

Trend spotter – You’ll have an excellent awareness of current consumer trends across multiple consumer profiles, including Gen Z.

Commercial eye – You’ll bring a good level of business acumen, sound common sense, and a genuine interest in the retail industry. And you’ll also have a customer centric mindset, putting the customer at heart of everything we do.

Organisational ace – You’ll contribute with excellent planning, organising and co-ordinating skills.

Detail obsessed – You’re our person for accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach to problem-solving.

Strong communicator – You’ll shine with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to your audience.

Energetic team player – You’ll bring a high level of energy to succeed in our fast-paced environment, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, all while always contributing strongly to your team’s efforts.
