Keen to utilise your Customer Service skills whilst helping keep your community safe? Working with a large government organisation, we are currently seeking support staff for Leisure Centres in Auckland.

Role details:

• ASAP – end of February 2022 (with a strong possibility of extending)
• $23 per hour 8% holiday pay
• Must be flexible to work weekends and public holidays

We are currently recruiting in two locations;

• Albany – 40 hours per week
• Stanmore Bay – 35 hours per week

This short-term position is to assist heightened demand during peak times and help implement COVID precautionary procedures. Main duties include, but are not limited to;

• Welcome customers into the facility, ensure they are wearing masks and have scanned in
• Assist in the scanning of vaccine passes at entry
• Support the Customer Support Team (reception) with general customer enquiries
• Serve customers at reception as required (training will be given)
• Assist customers in the retail shops as required
• Assist the Centre Manager and Team Leader as required
• Offer general support around the centre to help customers

Working within this people focussed role requires excellent communication skills, reliability, and thoroughness. Please note, double vaccination is a requirement of this position.
