We are looking for a super organised, practical and enthusiastic person to join our team, for a fixed term period, in our Albany office. We are a friendly and collegial team, of around 12 staff, delivering professional services in a busy environment. This is a fixed term period to cover as staff member on parental leave.
You will be joining an experienced and supportive team who have a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and supporting one-another in an enjoyable, busy and sometimes challenging environment.
Your duties will include setting up client files, accurately processing disclosure, covering reception, answering phones, assisting our legal secretaries and supporting the office, copying, collating and filing legal documents. As a key team member at the PDS you will have access to a very successful three-month induction programme for PDS administration staff. You will also be able to attend monthly training sessions.

Salary Range per annum: The appointing salary for this role will be between $48,184 - $50,991 (103% - 109%) based on skills and experience.
