We are excited to announce that we are seeking an experienced front end lawyer to join our dynamic legal team as Legal Counsel on a permanent full time basis. Your working week will be far from average as you’ll be responsible for providing high quality solutions and focused advice to Sydney Metro on Australia’s biggest public transport project.  In this role, you will amongst other duties be responsible for leading a minor works package on one of our major projects (Sydney Metro West and Western Sydney Airport) including tender evaluation, contractual negotiation, managing external contractors to budget and preparing and negotiating third party agreements.  You will also work closely with a Director Legal on other matters (including major projects).   

 About you

 Degree qualified in a related discipline and a practicing NSW certificate, you’ll have demonstrated experience as a project procurement legal professional with highly effective communication skills. You’re considered to be influential, collaborative and solutions focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
