About the position
This is a permanent position with flexible working hours meaning that this role could be part or full time for the right candidate; you will be expected to work Monday to Friday based in our Support Office in Ellerslie. If desired, part time hours would be at least 30 hours per week, across four days. Perfect hours to drop off the kids or to accommodate other commitments.
Working closely with the Property Manager you will be assisting with day-to-day lease administration functions. Looking after our portfolio of Pharmacy and Medical Centre leased properties, you will be involved in subtenancy and licence management, lease database maintenance, lease compliance, invoice checking, legal document administration and tracking financial obligations for all leased tenancies. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who would like to gain exposure to a national portfolio, and experience what it is like to work with one of the largest health care providers in NZ.
