The Workplace Branch is focused on creating a more consistent workplace experience across the cluster, further enabling collaboration, and consolidating our property footprint in line with NSW Government accommodation policy along with enabling flexibility and choice across the portfolio.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lease Administrator to join the Workplace Branch. The branch is made up of five work streams including Portfolio Strategy, Real Estate, Workplace Accommodation, Project Delivery and Change and Integration.
In this role you will be responsible providing administrative, systems, data, and reporting support to the management of leasing across TfNSW.
Provide quality, timely and accurate analysis and reports on leasing issues, to inform the development of strategies and leasing negotiations.
Prepare information for budgets, cost estimates, and reconcile payments.
Extract and prepare data for AASB 16 compliance reporting, and interface with Finance to ensure reporting requirements are met.
Capture leasing data and maintain data accuracy in leasing systems, conducting checks and validation of information.
Administer leasing systems, manage upgrades to the system, provide system access to users and provide end-user training and support

About You
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work collaboratively in a team, has exceptional communication skills with the ability to proactively build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and have an eye for detail.
You will have demonstrated experience as a Lease Administrator, preferably in a tenant representation capacity. You will have exposure to commercial leases, with strong administration skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 5 ($83,802 - $91,744) per annum plus superannuation, flex leave and leave loading.
