MŠte tūnga | About the role
We are seeking an experienced programme manager with learning management system experience. To be successful in this role you will be someone who can work at a strategic and operational level as well as drive the development and maintenance of learning content and the LMS platform across the four South Island District Health Boards.
You will be excited by managing a small team as well as building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, problem-solving complex learning management system challenges and “making learning easier".
The South Island Alliance brings together the region's five DHBs to work collaboratively to develop more innovative and efficient health services than could be achieved independently. HealthLearn is supported by the South Island and is our health system's learning management system. This role requires a high level of expertise and professionalism, working with diverse health or other governmental and non-governmental organisations, from senior level staff through to consumers and MÄori representatives. Working alongside a multidisciplinary and intersectoral team is required to ensure all health stakeholders are represented.
