About the opportunity

The EMA Learning team designs and develops impactful learning experiences across a number of portfolios. 

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an Instructional Designer to support our members in their learning design and development needs. This role requires knowledge and experience in ADDIE, facilitation of learning needs analysis and solution design/storyboarding right through to content design and development. 

Immediate projects largely require digital solutions, eLearning, video and blended online programme development. There will however be the occasional f2f resource development. 
 

About you

You will have experience in developing solutions using a range of creative tools. Which will include using Articulate 360, storyline, the Adobe creative cloud products and comfortable with Learning Management Systems.

To be successful in this role, you must have a customer experience mindset and enjoy relationship and project management. You can work collaboratively and manage competing deadlines and multiple tasks. 

You are inspired about creating an engaging learning experience and understand the importance of design that is interactive and embeds the learning outcomes.
