Qualifications:
Required:Â Grade 12 diploma. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in dealing with the public combined with strong, oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Detail oriented with strong clerical, organization, accuracy and coping skills. Able to problem solve, make decisions, apply policies and procedures and work within deadlines. Strong computer skills; proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and databases (internal and provincial) at the Intermediate level. Advanced word-processing skills, spreadsheet skills and website experience. A reliable vehicle is required to work between sites; mileage reimbursable at the board established rate.
Preferred:Â Experience with JD Edwards; knowledge of basic accounting principles; experience maintaining database systems. Experience in website maintenance. Previous experience in a business environment is an asset.
