Complete Tyre Solutions operates a network of stores across Western Australia and is growing rapidly.

We are now looking for a Leading Hand / Site Supervisor to commence employment in May as the Lead for the Kalgoorlie operation.

We require an individual with significant experience within the tyre industry, who can cover all tyre segments, including Truck, OTR, Earthmovers and similar.

In addition to exceptional technical knowledge and hands-on capability across tools and equipment, we require a personality comfortable communicating across a diverse customer base. In regional towns, our customers are often well-versed in the products and services they need.

Therefore, we must meet high standards in terms of product recommendations and quality of workmanship.

Your ability to communicate with ease and intelligence will be your key to acquiring new customers from competitors with long-standing relationships.

Your ability to deliver and exceed expectations will determine your success.

Initially based on the tools, as the location expands, you will be responsible for scheduling jobs, coordinating a small team of tyre fitters, and providing expert advice and service to our expanding customer base.

Ideally, you will have.

Cert II in tyres - light and heavy

LR or HR driver’s license

White card

Forklift License

Customer Service skills

Staff management / supervisory exposure
