About the role:

Working on commercial projects. You must be able to work within the time-frame of the project and be a reliable member of the team.

Key skills:

• Relevant experience (5+ years)
• Be confident in your ability to read plans and execute a task
• Ensuring deadlines are met while strictly complying with OSH
• Ability to use all power tools
• Ability to work supervise trades staff and sub-contractors
• Ability to build good relationships with your team, clients and building inspectors
• Great Leadership skills to manage people, attend building inspections and ability to juggle between project deadlines

Other requirements:

• Ideally qualified in NZ
• Reliable - on time
• Attention to detail
• Own transport
• Own tools
• Great work ethic
