Purosearch are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a  family-owned independent veterinary practice on the outskirts of London. The dedicated team of VS, RVNs and SVNs are proud to provide a high level of care to both clients and animals. They work as a team, appreciating everyone for their professional expertise and contribution.The surgery is well-equipped with digital xrays, dental xray, ultrasound, rigid endoscope, electrocautery device and in-house IDEXX lab.

The practice is situated in the Borough of Barnet, North London – with excellent transport links to central London. There is also a fantastic selection of local schools, wonderful green spaces, excellent shopping facilities such as Brent Cross and plenty of places to eat and drink, making it an attractive location for individuals, couples and families alike!

The role:

My client are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding practice. The position will be sharing shifts but the practice is incredibly flexible to suit the need of the Veterinary Surgeon and their life commitments. The candidate will be required to work shifts sharing consults and surgeries between 9am-7pm and 1:3 Saturdays only with no OOH.

Can develop long-lasting relationships with clients
Enjoys being part of a team
Has excellent client communication skills and can convey core veterinary concepts to customers in an easily understandable and professional manner
Enjoys continuous learning and sharing their knowledge
