Our Home and Innovation Product Team sits in our Consumer function and has end to end responsibility for all hardware and software products in Vodafone UK.  This includes taking ideas from concept, mass production design, testing/assurance, in-life product management, to customer care and in-life management.   

This team manages all of Vodafone’s customer equipment operations including SCM, Logistics & Life cycle management.  The range of products & services include OneNumber, Content partnerships (Red Entertainment), Insurance, Trade In, Secure Net etc.
 

What will you be doing?  
You will lead a small team of Product Managers, helping to spearhead our mission to invent, define and deliver industry leading fixed/converged products and services to our customers. 

You will be empowered to work autonomously and independently as a Product Lead, being a key conduit between multiple UK stakeholders and suppliers, you will be uniquely positioned within the organisation to influence and leverage Vodafone Group in order to scale the UK.

You will lead impact assessments of product features, services, and capabilities, whilst identify new commercially viable product opportunities and supporting rollout and launch activities. 

You will engage and influence Marketing,CVM, IT and Engineering teams with a view to optimize, deliver and increase market share. 
 

Who are we looking for?   

• You will know the consumer connected home product market, have your finger on the pulse and be continuously curious about exciting emerging products
• You will have a passion for connected devices, consumer services and digital consumer products
• You will have demonstrable experience as a Lead Product Manager/Owner within consumer software and hardware. 
• You will have the ability to objectively analyse complex data from multiple sources and summarise insights in a structured way with a strong narrative
• You will have proven experience of managing and influencing cross-functional groups and driving consensus in complex, multi-national environment
