Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Sciences, Engineering, or Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with people management in a technical environment or mentoring/coaching team members.
Experience with data processing (e.g., SQL scripting, designing data warehouses, ETL flows etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with applied statistical methods.
Experience applying data to solve business problems in a cross-functional environment.
Experience in data, metrics, analysis, trends, applied knowledge of measurement, and statistics/program evaluation.
Knowledge of statistics, working with randomness, and how to apply computational methods to draw conclusions from data.
Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations with excellent written skills, verbal communication, and data visualization.

Set team practices and approaches and own components of the team's infrastructure.
