Role Details

The Lead, Graduate Program, is responsible for leading the development, implementation and review of an effective graduate employment program scheme with industry owned by Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) with support from the Department of Innovation and Skills. They will act as a liaison between the Project Management Office who is responsible for overseeing all projects delivered by DPC and key stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient management of the project. They are also responsible for providing timely, high quality and strategic advice to the Director, Population Strategy on specific matters relating to the Population Strategy program of work.

Special Conditions

• The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
• The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
• This role requires a National Criminal History Check.
