What will you be doing?  
As a senior member of the Digital Transformation team, you will lead and develop a team of Digital Change Managers that analyse, plan, manage and deliver projects within the Digital portfolio. 

You will be hands-on in leading some of our larger digital programmes / projects and play a lead role in setting the delivery strategy and the overall Digital portfolio delivery. 

You will present clear targeted communications to all key stakeholders, to support business readiness and promote engagement in the portfolio delivery. 

You will ensure that the wider business is engaged and made ready for the change being implemented, working closely with IT to ensure both Business and Technical readiness is achieved.

Who are we looking for?   

• You will have experience leading teams of Digital Change/Project Managers. 
• You will have a background in delivering Digital/Technology projects and programmes within an Agile environment. 
• You will have excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. 
• You will have experience managing ambiguity within a complex and cross-programme environment.
• You will be proficient in project management methodologies (PRINCE II Practitioner level, Agile or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience)
• You will have a solid understanding of digital technology through delivery of Web, App, eCommerce, eSales projects 
• Telecoms experience will be beneficial.
