The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead Architect works as part of a team reporting to Delivery Lead for BBC IAM projects to realise the implementation of the BBC’s Technology Group delivery agenda, transforming the BBC’s capabilities and enabling the next generation of broadcast and digital services.

End User Technology
End User Technology is a multi-function delivery team focused on delivery of world class direct-to-consumer and business-to-business solutions aligned to BBC Public Service and BBC Studios.
Our products include a number of enterprise IAM services covering SSO, risk-based MFA, external account provisioning, identity data governance & reporting and identity account lifecycle management.
This role provides the opportunity to be part of an exciting and entrepreneurial internationally focused team that values creativity and proactive problem-solving.
Opportunity
As Lead Architect within the team, you will help to define and build products that run at scale and have a global reach. You will ensure that the vision and strategy for the specialist area is delivered using standardised, reusable and innovative architectures which direct investment, bringing value and innovation to BBC divisions and the BBC’s external partner network.
We are looking for someone who wants to have an impact on how our products move forward with technology. Your primary initial focus will be help shape and deliver a proposed, an IAM multi-product roadmap that will touch all parts of the BBC across the globe. You will realise the strategic architecture, platforms and product strategy ensuring consistency and standardisation of architecture and related best practices within the area of specialism.
